Misinformation & Abuse Reporting Policy

Metaconex is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and reliable platform for publishers, advertisers, partners, and users. We do not tolerate misinformation, fraudulent activities, malicious content, or any abuse that may harm users, businesses, or the integrity of our platform.
If you believe that any website, application, advertisement, account, or content using Metaconex services violates our Terms of Service, Content Policy, Trust & Safety Policy, Monetization Policy, Invalid Traffic Policy, or any applicable law, you may report it to us for investigation.
Every report is reviewed individually by our Trust & Safety Team. Reports are evaluated based on the available evidence, the severity of the alleged violation, previous enforcement history, and applicable laws or regulations.
How to Report Abuse or Misinformation

To help us investigate efficiently, please include as much information as possible, including:
- The URL, website, application, advertisement, or account involved.
- A detailed description of the suspected violation.
- Screenshots, videos, or supporting evidence (if available).
- The date and time the incident occurred.
- Any additional information that may assist our investigation.
Submitting knowingly false, misleading, repetitive, or malicious reports may result in the report being rejected or further action where appropriate.
Types of Reports We Review
Metaconex reviews reports involving, but not limited to, the following categories:
- Misinformation or deceptive content.
- Phishing websites or credential theft.
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or malicious software.
- Domain abuse or domain impersonation.
- Spam or unsolicited communications.
- Invalid Traffic, click fraud, impression fraud, or advertising manipulation.
- Fake accounts or identity impersonation.
- Unauthorized use of intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.
- Fraudulent payment activities.
- Security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access attempts.
- Distribution of illegal or prohibited content.
- Any activity that violates Metaconex policies or applicable laws.
Metaconex may expand or modify these categories at any time without prior notice.
Investigation Process
Upon receiving a report, Metaconex may conduct an internal investigation using both automated and manual review procedures.
The investigation may include:
- Reviewing the reported content or account.
- Examining server logs, API logs, access logs, and audit records.
- Reviewing IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers, and security events.
- Analyzing website behavior, advertising implementation, and traffic sources.
- Reviewing previous enforcement history.
- Requesting additional information from the reported party or the reporting party when necessary.
- Consulting third-party service providers or security partners if appropriate.
Metaconex reserves the sole right to determine the scope, methodology, and outcome of any investigation.
Response and Resolution Time
Metaconex aims to acknowledge abuse reports within 48 business hours after receipt.
Most investigations are completed within 5 to 10 business days. However, complex cases involving fraud, cybersecurity incidents, intellectual property disputes, payment investigations, or law enforcement requests may require additional time.
The submission of a report does not guarantee that enforcement action will be taken.
Enforcement Actions
Where Metaconex determines that a violation has occurred, we may take one or more enforcement actions, including but not limited to:
- Issuing a warning.
- Removing or restricting access to content.
- Suspending advertisements or monetization.
- Limiting account functionality.
- Holding or adjusting payments.
- Temporarily suspending an account.
- Permanently terminating an account.
- Removing websites or applications from the Metaconex network.
- Reporting illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
- Taking any other action reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, advertisers, publishers, or business partners.
The enforcement action applied will depend on the severity, frequency, intent, and potential impact of the violation.
Intellectual Property Reports
If you believe that content hosted through Metaconex infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal complaint by emailing contacts@blogb.io together with sufficient evidence demonstrating ownership and the alleged infringement.
Metaconex may request additional documentation before taking action and reserves the right to reject incomplete or unsupported claims.
Security and Cybercrime Reports
If you discover a security vulnerability, unauthorized access, phishing campaign, malware distribution, payment fraud, or other cybersecurity incident involving Metaconex services, please report it immediately to contacts@blogb.io
Metaconex will investigate all legitimate security reports in good faith and may cooperate with hosting providers, payment processors, domain registrars, cybersecurity organizations, and law enforcement agencies where necessary to protect users and the platform.
Cooperation with Authorities
Where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, cybercrime, or other illegal activities, Metaconex may preserve, disclose, or provide relevant information to courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other authorized organizations.
Policy Updates
Metaconex may modify or update this Misinformation & Abuse Reporting Policy at any time. The latest version will be published through our official communication channels and becomes effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of Metaconex services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
